State of Extremes

In 2019, the Design Museum Holon in Israel held an exhibition titled State of Extremes to mark the tenth anniversary of the museum's opening. State of Extremes aims to show the potential of design to reveal extremes and the mechanisms that drive them. Emotigun was selected to be part of this exhibition.

The Exhibition

The exhibition was divided into five main themes, spread over two floors. It showcased more than 70 designers and studios, including Atelier Van Lieshout, UNStudio, Lucy McRae, Jun Kamei, to name just a few. On the opening night, the show was visited by more than 700 people.

Testing Emotigun

We encouraged the most curious visitors to test the Emotigun for themselves - fortunately, no one got hurt. We gave away around 200 emojis as gifts too.
